Life shouldn't feel like a constant battle in your mind.

Your thoughts and emotions are shaped by many different things. When you’re constantly dealing with stress, worry, or negative situations, it can feel like your mind is working against you.

Positive thinking on its own often isn’t enough to make lasting changes, because most of your thoughts, habits, and beliefs come from your subconscious mind — the part you’re not even aware of.

Hypnotherapy works by reaching that deeper level of your mind. It helps reprogram the patterns that keep you stuck, so you can finally move past anxiety, stress, and depression — and start living a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.

You're Not Alone. Change Starts Here.

Hypnotherapy can help you overcome many of the common mental health conditions made worse by or caused by some level of ongoing anxiety, stress or trauma.

What can hypnotherapy help you with?

Hypnotherapy is an effective approach when you’re struggling with many conditions and symptoms that are created or made worse by levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Hypnotherapy is also a fantastic therapy for improving sleep issues, persistent pain, and can help achieve greater motivation, confidence, and self-esteem.

Unlike some traditional therapies, hypnotherapy is the only solution that combines positive talk therapy with hypnosis that can help you to overcome your issues at a deeper level by harnessing the power of both your conscious and subconscious minds together.

Here are some of the most asked questions about hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a psychological therapy that combines talk therapy with hypnosis. It can be effective in helping you overcome mental health conditions such as anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD and specific fears whilst improving sleep, boosting confidence and motivation. Hypnotherapy can also be used to help you remove unwanted behaviours, habits and beliefs.

Each session is enhanced by the use of hypnosis, a relaxed trance where your mind is more open to positive suggestions which increase the effectiveness of the talk therapy, allowing you to experience an uplifting period of peace and calm without the anxiety. Typically you’ll need a number of sessions to create change, on average you’ll need around 6 – 8 sessions for anxiety and stress related issues, whilst some conditions require more depending on your individual situation.

Hypnosis involves guiding you into a hypnotic trance-like state, while hypnotherapy combines hypnosis with talking therapy, also known as psychotherapy, and so the combination of talk therapy with hypnosis can be an effective way to overcome many issues which are made worse or caused by stress and anxiety.

Combining Hypnosis with talking therapy is powerful because it creates positive changes at both the conscious and subconscious levels, which differs to many forms of traditional counselling, which is why hypnotherapy can be so beneficial, because in a relaxed trance state during hypnosis it allows ideas and solutions discussed to be fully explored and utilised by the brain for positive benefit.

Yes, online hypnotherapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for many people. Research suggests that online hypnotherapy is successful in addressing issues and conditions such as anxiety and stress. The convenience of online sessions, coupled with advancements in virtual platforms, like Zoom make it possible for you to access therapy online wherever you are with a good Wi-Fi connection and a quiet space to talk.

The number of hypnotherapy sessions needed will vary depending on you and your needs and the issues being addressed. Some people may experience positive changes after just a few sessions, while others may require more to achieve their desired results. Typically for anxiety and stress related issues, on average clients have between 6 – 8 sessions to create a solid foundation of change, and further sessions are sometimes required to get you where you want to be.

You can’t judge depression by its cover. Behind a smiling face, a cheerful laugh, or a seemingly perfect life, there can be silent battles raging. Depression doesn’t always look like sadness — it often wears a mask, hidden behind the day-to-day routines, the “I’m fine” replies, and the efforts to appear strong.

It’s easy to assume someone is okay based on what we see on the outside. But mental health isn’t always visible. Many people who are struggling the most are also the ones who go out of their way to hide it. They show up, keep working, keep smiling — all while quietly falling apart inside.

This is a reminder to approach others with kindness and empathy. Not everyone who looks happy is truly okay. Listen, support, and be present. Because sometimes, the people who need help the most are the ones who are least likely to ask for it.

Let’s break the stigma. Let’s talk about mental health. Let’s look beyond the cover.
